Just like every other tracker, it connects with the app via Bluetooth where you can configure different types of settings. The Fitbit ecosystem works great with their native app. The tracker can also act as a smartwatch where it displays notifications of messages, incoming calls and calendar reminders. It has several modes that help in tracking activities such as weights, treadmill, running, weights, bike etc. The screen will allow you to view your steps taken, distance travelled and your heart rate.

The screen is not always on which is a plus as it helps in conserving battery and it lasts at least 5 days, which is amazing given it has an OLED screen. You can tap the screen for selection and it has the flick wrist feature to turn on the screen for viewing. There is the only one button on the entire chassis and it can be used to cycle through different types of modes and exercise modes. The OLED screen is large enough to display clear text and works well even under direct sunlight.

The only drawback that we faced with the fitness tracker was that it is not waterproof. It has a large OLED screen and passes off as a stylish accessory as well.

Most fitness trackers that have a large display are usually flat but Fitbit has hit the ball out of the park with their new stylish, sleek-looking tracker the 'Charge 2'. Fitness trackers are meant for one job, to track your steps and activity and be stylish enough to wear on our wrists.
